Plane collides with passenger bridge at LAX
The Associated Press

An American Airlines jet pulling into a gate hit a portable passenger
bridge at Los Angeles International Airport on Saturday night,
delivering a "little jolt" to those aboard the plane, an airport
spokeswoman said Sunday.

It was unclear what caused the incident involving American Airlines
Flight 21 which was carrying 126 passengers and crew from New York's
John F. Kennedy Airport, said spokeswoman Nancy Castles.

One female passenger who was slightly shaken was checked by paramedics
but did not require treatment. No other injuries were reported.
