Excelsior/Infolatina
MEXICO CITY, Nov. 11 (Excelsior/Infolatina)-- The international airport in
the town of Aguascalientes will be turned over to private administrators
later this week after a consortium formed by Aeropuertos Espa oles y
Navegacion Aereo (AENA) and Grupo Los Angeles and Grupo Mexicano won bidding
for a controlling share of the airport. The amount offered was not revealed.
The privatization of the airport could create new flights provided by US
companies, local authorities said.
